The Echoes Through Time Learning Center is the ONLY Civil War museum in New York State, strictly dedicated to Civil War history.
This Civil War museum will be (re) located at 3350 Broadway, in Cheektowaga, NY (in the very near future, as soon as the building renovations are completed).
They will eventually be located on the 2d floor.
In 1877, the - 25 acres of land purchased by St. Stephen's Church, and shortly after St. Stephen's Evangelical Lutheran Home for the Aged was constructed

Sometime after the turn of the century, this propertry was sold for use as a private nursing home, The Owen Nursing and Convalescent Home
August 1964 - Purchased by Henrietta Brodzinski
In 1981, An Erie County Historical Resource survey recorded interior modifications being made from '77-'81 but was not allowed access inside
May 1984 - Purchased by Keith R. Gregor
December 1989 - Purchased by Kenneth E. & Patricia Nuwer
In 1989, according to their facebook page, the Musicmall "opened. A place for musicians to practice everyday without interruption. 30 rooms total".
In 2023, The Cheektowaga Historical Association purchased the building, for the future site for the Cheektowaga Historical Society and the Echoes Through Time Learning Center & Civil War Museum
